BAR
The 30 metre long back-lit marble bar dominates the Union Hotel. With large fabric drum lamp shades hanging from above, your attention is drawn to the ceiling high wall of wines and spirits representing one of Adelaide's best back bar ranges of Imported Vodka, Gins, Tequilas and Rums.

The Union Hotel offers a selection of 12 beers on tap including imported beers and hand-crafted Australian beers from the Matilda Bay brewing company. With a drinks list including both classic and neo-classic cocktails, you'll always find something you love or something new to try. The wine list features a careful selection of some of Australia and New Zealand's best boutique and family owned labels.
